She's finally free from The Reestablishment, free from their plan to use her as a weapon, and free to love Adam. But Juliette will never be free from her lethal touch.

Or from Warner, who wants Juliette more than she ever thought possible.

In this exhilarating sequel to Shatter Me, Juliette has to make life-changing decisions between what she wants and what she thinks is right. Decisions that might involve choosing between her heart—and Adam's life.

THE END: 0.0 0.0 Tahereh Mafi just raised the stakes. She torn my heart to shreads, that's all I'm saying

Unravel Me was one of the best books I read in 2013 so far! It was die hard amazing, lyrical and suspenseful, and awesomesauce all over! I completely loved everything about it so much, there wasn't anything I didn't love! Unravel Me opened so  much more to what Shatter Me didn't and I already know that book is will be EPIC! I just can't express how much I loved Unravel Me! I'll be breaking down my review into highlights of the book.
Juliette + Adam = EPICNESS
Just like what we experience in Shatter Me, all the love they have toward each other is Unravel Me was beyond charts! Tahereh Mafi pushed the romance way more and her writing on them was effortless and perfect! We also find out more of Juliette's abilities ansd even some of Adam's. Man, Tahereh Mafi got me swooning for both of them!
But for all you Juliette + Warner fans, she tempts us way more.
I reall wished , Juliette walked away from him! But oh, no she doesn't!
What there's a Team Kenji?!?
As everyone knows in YA, there are teams between all your favorite characters. Puck Vs. Ash, Dimitri Vs. Adrien but in Unravel Me we get so much more of Kenji, I grew on him and he was my favorite character in Unravel Me! Tahereh Mafi gave us insight on her funny and caring personality, the fans said: "Let's make a team Kenji yes?" and then you knew it there was. I see where it was going like how he cared so much for Juliette, but I don't think it works out, but he''ll find someone in the next one! Kenji was awesomesauce!
Oh Juliette! Where is your lover?
I loved Juliette so much in Unravel Me! She proves herself so much more with her fiesty attitude and her sensitive person! Tahereh Mafi raises the stakes for her so much more, plays with her heart between Adam and Warner, and more of her power is revealed her and it's so so cool! I loved how Juliette was more dynamic and she definitely gives the reader a lot to think about and espcially a lot to feel for! :)
The Love Square? The Scenes (with snipets!)
Could this actually exist? A love square? We all seen what a love triangle does ins YA, but Tahereh Mafi gives us a love square! Yes! It might be weird but I think it's cool to see where it goes! You got Adam who is this mixed up guy with a bottle of emotions he just can't find himself, Warner a messed up guy who only knows hate for his father, and last Kenji who is bubbly and cares so much for Juliette. Yup, Tahereh Mafi you got us wooing for more than 2. *smiles*

Yes, what can we already see in book 3?
Adam Snipet!
Our lips
and  I know I'm going to split at the seams. He's kissing me like he's lost me and found me and I'm sliiping away and he's never going to let me go. I want to scream, sometimes, I want to collapse, sometimes, I want to die knowing that I've known what it was like to live with this kiss, this heart, this soft explosion that mades me fee like I've taken a sip of the sun, like I've eaten clouds 8,9 and 10.
This makes me ache everywhere.
Warner Snipet!
“I want to be the friend you fall hopelessly in love with. The one you take into your arms and into your bed and into the private world you keep trapped in your head. I want to be that kind of friend. The one who will memorize the things you say as well as the shape of your lips when you say them. I want to know every curve, every freckle, every shiver of your body.

I want to know where to touch you, I want to know how to touch you. I want to know convince you to design a smile just for me. Yes, I do want to be your friend. I want to be your best friend in the entire world.”
Kenji Snipet!
“You know, you have a really strange way of telling me you’re attracted to me.”
Plotline and Writing Style
Wow...Unravel Me moves perfectly fast and good! In Shatter Me, it was much more limited but in Unravel Me Tahereh Mafi knows how to kick it up a notch! I loved the plot, it was rich with details and easy to remeber even with all those details! I loved Tahereh Mafi's writing here so much more! It was so amazing, rich, and lyrical, it's so effortless!
Sorry for the long review! But I loved everythingn about Unravel Me! It was so freaking amazing, it exceeded my expectations, and pushed the enevelop so much! There wasn't anything I hated, because Tahereh Mafi is that good!

 The Ending
The ending was bittersweet and epic!

  1. Yeah, this one was intense. A lot of new information and that love triangle gets really messy. Can't wait to see how it wraps up!

And thanks for stopping by - I guess you've been busy with school? That's good -- school should come first ;)
