it's almost

time for war.

Juliette has escaped to Omega Point. It is a place for people like her—people with gifts—and it is also the headquarters of the rebel resistance.

She's finally free from The Reestablishment, free from their plan to use her as a weapon, and free to love Adam. But Juliette will never be free from her lethal touch.

Or from Warner, who wants Juliette more than she ever thought possible.

In this exhilarating sequel to Shatter Me, Juliette has to make life-changing decisions between what she wants and what she thinks is right. Decisions that might involve choosing between her heart—and Adam's life.

From Goodreads

My Teaser: "How did you not just feel that?" "Feel what-" "Look at your hand!" I gasp. Stumble backward. My hand is full of what looks like red sand and brown clay pulverized into tiny particles. The bigger chunks of brick crumble to the floor and I let the debris slip through the cracks between my fingers only to lift the guilty hand to my face. I look up. Kenji is shaking his head, shaking with laughter. "I am so jealous right now you have no idea." "Oh my God."

I am so freaking excited for this one! Shatter me was EPIC, crossing my fingers this one is just as good! Can't wait to post up my review!! :)

Teaser Tuesday (#8) - Pretty Crooked by Elisa Ludwig

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading.

Pretty Crooked (Pretty Crooked, #1)
Pretty Crooked by Elisa Ludwig
Published: March 13th 2012
Publisher:  Katherine Tegen Books
Goodreads Synopsis:  Willa’s secret plan seems all too simple: take from the rich kids at Valley Prep and give to the poor ones.

Yet Willa’s turn as Robin Hood at her ultra-exclusive high school is anything but. Bilking her “friends”-known to everyone as the Glitterati-without them suspecting a thing, is far from easy. Learning how to pick pockets and break into lockers is as difficult as she’d thought it’d be. Delivering care packages to the scholarship girls, who are ostracized just for being from the “wrong” side of town, is way more fun than she’d expected.

The complication Willa didn’t expect, though, is Aidan Murphy, Valley Prep’s most notorious (and gorgeous) ace-degenerate. His mere existence is distracting Willa from what matters most to her-evening the social playing field between the have and have-nots. There’s no time for crushes and flirting with boys, especially conceited and obnoxious trust-funders like Aidan.

But when the cops start investigating the string of burglaries at Valley Prep and the Glitterati begin to seek revenge, could he wind up being the person that Willa trusts most?

From Goodreads

My Teaser: "I'm taking a stand against your obnoxious site. And we don't know what the truth is, do we Kellie?" "I'll say we have pretty good evidence. How about those new clothes? Where else would they get money for them? Don't tell me you believe that lame anonymous-package story?'
I'm reading it right now and I'm loving it a lot  It's super witty and interesting with the whole Robin Hood concept, I'm crossing my fingers it turns out really good!

Goodreads Synopsis:  Embrace the Forbidden

What if there were teens whose lives literally depended on being bad influences?

This is the reality for sons and daughters of fallen angels.

Tenderhearted Southern girl Anna Whitt was born with the sixth sense to see and feel emotions of other people. She's aware of a struggle within herself, an inexplicable pull toward danger, but Anna, the ultimate good girl, has always had the advantage of her angel side to balance the darkness within. It isn't until she turns sixteen and meets the alluring Kaidan Rowe that she discovers her terrifying heritage and her willpower is put to the test. He's the boy your daddy warned you about. If only someone had warned Anna.

Forced to face her destiny, will Anna embrace her halo or her horns?

From Goodreads

My Teaser: "No. That's for those who lack confidence " "Have you taken advantage of a girl who wasted or passed out?" "No. What's the use if she can't remember " "Forced a girl to do something she didn't want to?" "No. Are you training to be a psychologist?

Goodreads Synopsis:  Fifteen-year-old Isabelle Scott loves her life by the boardwalk on the supposed wrong side of the tracks in North Carolina. But when tragedy strikes, a social worker sends her to live with a long-lost uncle and his preppy privileged family. Isabelle is taken away from everything she's ever known, and, unfortunately, inserting her into the glamorous lifestyle of Emerald Cove doesn't go so well. Her cousin Mirabelle Monroe isn't thrilled to share her life with an outsider, and, in addition to dealing with all the rumors and backstabbing that lurk beneath their classmates' Southern charm, a secret is unfolding that will change both girls' lives forever.

From Goodreads

My Teaser:
Izzie stopped cold. Savannah, Mira, Lea, and Lauren were standing in front of their table, forming a blockade. Mira's brow was furrowed anxiously and Savannah looked angrier than Izzie had ever seen her.
"You," she hissed at Izzie. "Go. Now."
And without another word or a glance at Brayden, she did exactly as she was told.

My Teaser Tuesday is from  Divergent by Veronica Roth

Here's a little mash-up on what is about from Goodreads:
Beatrice "Tris" Prior has reached the fateful age of sixteen, the stage at which teenagers in Veronica Roth's dystopian Chicago must select which of five factions to join for life. Each faction represents a virtue: Candor, Abnegation, Dauntless, Amity, and Erudite. To the surprise of herself and her selfless Abnega'
tion family, she chooses Dauntless, the path of courage. Her choice exposes her to the demanding, violent initiation rites of this group, but it also threatens to expose a personal secret that could place in mortal danger. Veronica Roth's young adult Divergent trilogy launches with a captivating adventure about love and loyalty playing out under most extreme circumstances.

I'm actually reading It! And its great!
And here's my teaser:)

"What's going on? she says. "How are simulations going.?
"Really well," I nod a few times. "A lttle too well,I hear.
"Ah."
"Please understand," I say quietly."What does it mean to be...." I hesitate.
