Christmas in July: If Santa  were to come down your chimeny in the middle of summer, which books would you want him to leave for you under the tree?

First off, I can get preorders Santa! And I do love hardcovers and paperbacks but ebooks I'm not so sure! O_O Who knows I might get them as a surprise from Santa!

Clockwork Princess

I love Cassie Clare's books! Especially her Steam punk, Infernal Devices. They are so so good and amaze me each time I read them! And with a cliffhanger to die for in Clockwork Prince I NEED this book, Santa! And remember I love pre-orders! :)

Unravel Me

Omg, Shatter Me was amazing! I mean with a ending like that I could have literally died reading it! And is anyone Team Warner by any chance? O.O And I heard there are already ARCS people got from ALA so could Santa have got one for me? Who would know....?

This Week's Question: Best I've Read So Far: We're half way through the year (crazy how time flies!), which top 3 books are the best you've read so far this year?

-Insurgent by Veronica Roth

-Fever by Lauren DeStefano

-The Echantess by Michael Scott

I loved loved Insurgent! I've been waiting for it all year and it was awesome! No doubt, one of the best! Fever was a book I so needed my hands on! I needed to know where Rhine went and how everything fell into place! The Echantess was amazing! I loved everything about it and it was an ending was bittersweat! I'll miss Sophie and Josh!

TGIF (#4)-Issue Books

This Week's Question:Issue Books: Which books have you found to be very rewarding when it comes to tackling tougher issues?

The YA genre has a wide array of Issue books that tackle lots of teen problems, and that's why I love YA! There are issues dealing with rape,sanity,beauty,eating disorders, suicide, drugs, a lot. I always pick a read that is real, and relatable  :)

Here's my list of MUST READ Issue Books:

Suicide: Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher- a book that really made me think twice before pushing someone on edge, Perfect by Ellen Hopkins.

Beauty: North of Beautiful by Justina Chen Headley

Eating Disorders: Windergirls by Lauie Halse Anderson and Skinny by Ibi Kaslik

Bullying: Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher, Hate List by Jennifer Brown, Just Listen by Sarah Dessen

TGIF (#3):Show Me Your Cover

This Week's Question:  Show Me Your Cover: What are some of the worst book covers, but hold some of the best stories inside? Don't be embarrassed, show us your cover!

I am a huge cover person! If the cover looks sucky or not so promising chances are I won't pick it up at all, but like they say Don't Judge a Book by It's Cover! But if course you know you do! *eyes crowd* :D

The Cover That Was All So Promising But Wasn't



Hereafter by Tara Hudson had such a great cover that actually made me grab the book at the library! I loved the outline of the ghost and the whole color scheme but that book was impossible to get into! This is an example of a book cover that had so much potential but ended up flat.

Deadly Little Secret by Laurie Faria Stolarz, was a example of a book cover that was to bland and needed so more life into it. But I loved the story! Seriously if you have the time you must pick up Deadly Little Secret! Laurie is now one of my favorite authors of all time! :)

The Too Creepy Cover

Doesn't this cover scream, creepiness? I love how you can see that girl ripping through that glass thingly and it's completely creepy! *walks around freaking out*

Due to my final weeks I will not be able to post up this last week of May, sucks right? Well I'll be schedualing post for this coming week and since it's Memorial Day this week I get an extra day! Yay! *claps* Hope you guys have fun this week and what are you guys planning to do?



TGIF (#2)

This Week's Question: Supporting Characters: We tend to gush over those main characters the most, but what about those supporting roles? Who are some of your favorites? 

I am super excited to particpate in TGIF again this week hosted @ GReads by the amazing Ginger! :) I have lots of supporting characters that are my favorites. And here I'm doing only 3-4 of them.



Like Issie Lightwood from The Mortal Insturments Series by Cassandra Clare. Issie is a complete kick-ass character. She will make you second-guess messing with her and getting on her worst side is not something you want to see! But also she funny and caring at times. :) That makes Issie such a likeable supporting character!





Next I would have to say is, Syndey from Bloodlines by Richelle Mead. Syndey is at times innocent, funny, completetly likeable plus she got some royal blood in her. She does things carelessly just because she wants to. And she's relatable to most people.



And last would have to be Jenna from Hex Hall by Rachel Hawkins. Oooh Jenna is flat out hilarious with her streaked pink hair, spunky personality, I really want to met her! Who doesn't love a witty character that has a slight obsession with pink?? 0.0 When I read Hex Hall and we met Jenna I was hook with her personality and the story. Thank goodness Ms. Hawkins created Jenna! *thanks Ms.Hawkins*

This is going to be the first week I'm going to be participating in TGIF hosted at GReads! :)

This Week's Question: If you could take a trip any place within a fictional book, where would you go?

I'm excited for this one! I would say maybe The Arena over at The Hunger Games! How awesome would that be? The adrenaline, action, and  fireceness would be off the charts total awesomesauce!

Another would be in Divergent, the fraction ceremony, and if I chose Dauntless the train would be amazing! :) Oooh maybe Victorian London in Clockwork Prince! I would so love that!
